The Patient Experience PENLetters

The Patient Experience Network (PEN) is dedicated to providing up to date information about what’s going on with Patient Experience. Our newsletters cover a wide variety of topics and aim to inspire new and innovative methods of working that can be readily applied to your everyday work.

Each newsletter features a case study that demonstrates a positive impact on the patients, patient’s families and carer’s experience.

The newsletters also include regular features and columns from leading experts in Patient Experience.

We welcome discussion on any of the topics covered in the newsletters and have a dedicated forum where you can share your thoughts with others and hopefully get any questions answered.
